Dear WCR Members,

What a wonderful opportunity it has been to serve as your State President.  It has been so enjoyable getting to know many of you as I have visited your local Chapters.  As I continue on as State Governor and local Chapter President for Northern Colorado, I look forward to a very exciting year.

Although we have seen a drop in membership across the State, each Chapter has been diligent at supporting and encouraging their members.  I am so thankful for all the hard work that has been put forth to continue to make WCR the place for dynamic and successful Realtors and affiliates.

The WCR National convention was absolutely fantastic.  The keynote speaker was inspirational and encouraged us all to be optimistic and excited about life! Many informative education sessions were offered in addition to forum and committee meetings. It was an honor to be a part of the election process as we voted in our 2009 National Line Officers, Executive Committee and our Regional Vice President. I encourage you all to visit the WCR web site, www.wcr.org , and become familiar with our leaders.

I am very excited to announce that Caroline Nordyke was placed forward to run as National Financial Secretary for 2010. She is very well qualified and very determined, so please offer her your support in her up coming campaign.

I can not encourage you enough to plan now to attend our mid-year convention in Washington DC and our National convention next year in San Diego, CA. The amount of education and networking that can be obtained at these conventions should be a vital part of your business plan.

Thank you again for a wonderful year! I know that Barb has great plans for 2009; she is energetic and passionate about WCR and will be a strong leader for our Local Chapter Presidents.

Current Report:   Orlando National meetings November 2008
